Low Intensity Laser Therapy
fysiotherapie gebruikelijk is.
Intensety Laser Therapy (LILT).
Zelfs klachten waar men normaal geen
- " RSI (Repetitve Strain Injury)
- Carpaal tunnel syndroom
- Tenniselleboog
- Scheur in spier, pees of ligament (band)
- Peesontsteking (tendinitis)
- Slijmbeursontsteking (bursitis)
- Gewrichtsontstekingen
- Wondgenezing (littekens post-operatief)
- Open wonden

Studies mbt rol bij artritis
Low level laser therapy for osteoarthritis
and rheumatoid arthritis: a metaanalysis
In patients with RA, relative to a separate
control group, LLLT reduced pain by 70% relative to placebo and reduced morning stiffness
by 27.5 min (95% CI -52.0 to -2.9), and increased tip to palm flexibility by 1.3 cm (95%
CI -1.7 to -0.8). Other outcomes such as functional assessment, range of motion, and local
swelling were not different between groups.

Rol bij pijnlijke gewrichten
Low level laser therapy for painful joints
Fourteen trials with 695 patients were
included, three of which (130 patients) had doses below the suggested range. Trial size
ranged from 20 to 115 patients. Pain before treatment was 50 mm on a 100 mm scale in most
trials, and above 35 mm in all, so that included patients had pain of at least moderate
intensity, and in most trials it would have been severe. Joints included were knee, thumb,
lumbar and cervical spine, and temperomandibular. The largest trial had a single
application of laser therapy, but for most laser was used between five and 20 times over
two to four weeks. Many different lasers were used. Use of analgesics was allowed in some,
but not all, trials.
The pooled mean reduction in pain intensity was 30 mm (95% CI 19 to 41 mm) more than with
control in seven trials within the suggested dose range. Laser treated patients had
reduction in pain by about half (30 mm), while there was virtually no change with control
